The most useful thing in any room is a different pair of eyes.
Walk into a room without the assumptions everyone else already carries, and the picture usually looks different.
That habit started on a shop floor in 1989 and reached the boardroom before Sukant moved into consulting full-time in 2016 — work that has since taken him across Asia, North America, and Europe. He holds the Certified Management Consultant designation, an MSc in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and has written for the CMC newsletter for the past four years.
Change Anesthesiology
You never fight resistance. You dissolve the conditions that create it.
Seventy percent of change initiatives fail, and that number hasn't moved in twenty years. The book argues the profession has been fighting the wrong war — and shows what to build instead. It's also the foundation of a licensable program: the methodology behind Systovation, built to keep an organization change-ready as technology keeps moving. This one is Sukant's legacy work.
The Books
Full catalogue at SystovationFrom a Hay House debut in 2011 to a shelf of 30+ — each one built around a way of seeing, not just a subject.
Some conversations change what a person does next. Those are the ones worth having.
Sukant keeps time each week for conversations with people thinking through change, a book, or their next chapter.
